Fresh from their recent research travels through Austria and Slovenia, this storytelling-driven Master Class explores the wines, vineyards, and growers that inspired them along the way. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting featuring a Ribolla Gialla from Slovenia, a Sauvignon Blanc from Styria, and a Blaufränkisch from Burgenland each thoughtfully paired alongside comparable wines from Galen Glen Winery. Along the journey, Galen and Sarah will share stories from vineyard walks, cellar tastings, and conversations with the passionate winegrowers preserving the character and heritage of these remarkable regions.
