In this guided tasting, Erin will lead you through classic pairings that highlight shared climates, mountain influences, and winemaking traditions: Crémant de Savoie alongside Erin Elizabeth Traditional Method Sparkling, Swiss Chasselas compared with Galen Glen Grüner Veltliner, Alto Adige Schiava paired against Galen Glen Zweigelt. The experience is complemented by alpine-inspired food pairings, designed to echo the rustic, comforting cuisine of Europe’s mountain villages. $32 per guest; please no outside food.
