Our first Riesling fermented and aged in a concrete egg; only 70 cases produced. From our Fossil Vineyard, this Riesling takes a brighter, juicier turn, with lime citrus and delicate floral notes leading to a beautifully refreshing palate. Natural residual sugar gives it a touch of sweetness and lower alcohol, while a remarkably long, cool fermentation (10 months!) created a wine that finishes creamy, balanced, and surprisingly dry. Delicious with fresh cheeses, apples, pears, and fall dishes.
