Stone Cellar Zweigelt

Fruit forward style featuring abundant ripe cherries, a red wine shouldn't drink so easy. Extraordinary with Galen's handmade pork schnitzel.

Stone Cellar Chambourcin

2008 - dry red $13.00

Loaded with classic black fruit profiles, a hint of spice and balanced by barrel nuances. Great with peppery steaks and spicy pulled pork.

Stone Cellar Paragon

2007 - dry red $14.00

Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot - With plenty of toast from our barrels and tannins, it pairs with slow cooked roasts and lamb.

Stone Cellar Cabernet Franc

2007 - dry red $16.00

Alive with savory characteristics, red raspberry and tobacco, it finishes with firm but fine tannins. Succulent with food such as venison or duck.

Claret

A naughty combination of Franc and 'Cin (Chambourcin). With a high degree of drinkability, it's great with beef tips, meatloaf or cheese steaks.

Cellar Red (RedTale)

Captures the taste of freshly harvested Chambourcin, young and full of berry flavors. Serve with pizza, pasta with red sauce & hamburgers.
