Vidal Cheese Dip

½ cup Galen Glen Vidal Blanc
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
¾ teaspoon powdered sage
½ teaspoon dry mustard
Pinch black pepper
½ pound shredded cheddar cheese
¼ pound blue cheese
1cup sour cream

Combine wine, onion and spices. Let stand about 10 minutes. Crumble cheeses into mixing bowl. Beat in wine mixture until thoroughly blended. Stir in sour cream. Serve with crackers, bread or vegetables.

Note: Keep chilled until serving.
