Oktoberfest Celebration
The beginning of our month-long Oktoberfest celebration starts with the Triple Kiffle Treat. The kiffle is a light, flaky, buttery indulgence--part cookie, part pastry. Made locally by Aunt Wendy's Kiffles, this Austro-Hungarian treat will pair perfectly with your favorite glass of wine as you drink in the spectacular autumn views in our vineyard. Taste The Grape - Taste The Wine
Have you ever wondered about the grape varietals that create the wines you love? Join us weekends during harvest to taste the grape, then taste the wine created from that variety. (While supplies last.)

Sunday - October 2 & 9 - Noon - 5pm
Walking Tours
Enjoy a walking tour of the vineyard and wine cellar with one of our guides who will highlight our family's stewardship of this land for over 200 years. Walking tours are about one hour in length and you will meander through our rocky terrain. Please wear appropriate foot gear. Our tours are complimentary and no reservations are required; weather permitting.

Chambourcin Weekend
Enjoy a pairing of our 2016 Chili Cook Off Winner, Tripti Stashefski's Sausage and Beef Chili with a taste of Chambourcin or Cellar Red. Her classic recipe will be available for you to recreate. Think you have what it takes to be our next chili competition champion? Request an application to throw your chef's cap into our ring of fire!

Bavairn Pretzel Weekend
Traditional Oktoberfest foods include Brezen, the pretzel. This weekend purchase a delicious, warm Bavarian pretzel with a side of German mustard to pair with your favorite glass of wine and our panoramic views, your European vacation begins here.

Verhext Weekend & Annual Drive for Family Promise of Carbon County
Help us collect needed items for Family Promise of Carbon County, an organization that helps homeless families. For more information on Family Promise: familypromisecarboncounty.com
Items Needed: Monetary Donations.
Also needed: Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry soap, fabric softener, cleaning products, disinfectant wipes, deodorant, disposable razors, diapers, baby wipes, bath towels, wash cloths, new packages of socks and underwear for men, women and children of all sizes.

Sunday Brunch with Peculiar Culinary Food Truck
You may recognize Peculiar Culinary chef, Gene Philbin, from his appearances on Restaurant Start Up of CNBC or our July Food Truck Friday event. Gene and his crew will roll into the winery serving up their comfort food with a brunch twist, cooked from scratch using locally-sourced, sustainable ingredients.
